RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wylde the label, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We take pride in offering accurate sizing information and a customer-friendly exchange policy. We genuinely care about your happiness and understand the challenges of online shopping. That's why we provide hassle-free exchanges, or if a different size isn't available due to low stock, we'll issue a credit note in the form of a checkout code (valid for 6 months).
Please note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or changes of mind. Refunds are exclusively provided for faulty garments (new products). We encourage you to make your selections thoughtfully, and if you have any doubts about sizing, don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@wyldethelabel.com.au
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back and received within 7 days of the purchase date. They must be in unworn condition, free from stains or marks, with swing tags securely intact. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for sale items or items included in promotions. For faulty items or exchanges, they must be returned within a 7-day window to be considered.
The buyer is responsible for covering all postage costs associated with returns.
If you're considering purchasing a preloved item, as the name suggests, it's secondhand, and its condition is clearly stated in the listing description as Excellent, Good, or Average. We disclose any imperfections such as marks or pulls. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds based on condition as it has been transparently described before your purchase.
Wylde the label retains the right to decline returns if the conditions mentioned above are not met by the customer. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies.

After we provide you with the return address, please send the item(s) back within 7 days. Please note that unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs. Be sure to obtain tracking details.
